Run a new gas line from the gas meter at the front of the house to the hot water system, hydronic heating system and the kitchen cooking stove.
Disconnect the existing gas line.
The hot water system is on the other side of the house and there is no access to the underfloor. The new line will have to be run either through the roof cavity or in the space between the double brick walls.
The new pipe must be able to deliver 300mjhr.
Plumber will have to supply certificate of compliance at the end of the job.
