We have a DUX Hot Water system Model No 170FN-B manufacture date 02/05/03, natural gas. Lately our water is not very hot at times. The pilot light is on, but the burner does not come on or only sometimes. We had a plumber around who cleaned the burner to see if it helps, but didn't work. Seems as if the gas control may need replacing. This would need to be done asap - preferably Fri 22/8 early morning or late afternoon. Please call asap to give a quote. Contact person is Dorothee.
