Rental property. Tenant doesn't like bath (the paint is peeling/bubbling on it) and I'm looking at either replacing the tub or getting it resurfaced, but I'd rather get it replaced if the price is right.
I just want the cheapest bath possible to drop in and connect. For example Bunnings has one for around $136.
Same deal for the toilet. It has a small crack on the bowl and is leaking a small amount of water. Just after a cheapo replacement. S-trap setup going into new plumbing. Easy job.
