I have an underground concrete rainwater tank with a backflow prevention device also connected to a rainbank unit. I need to have the backflow device tested earch year and pay a BCC annual fee.
Is it correct that I could replace the backflow prevention device with dual check valve with an atmospheric port and no longer need to have annual testing and BCC renewal fees.
