Single 17m straight stretch of guttering requires replacement.
Need to match with existing guttering metal type - possibly galvanised steel.
Guttering is situated on the boundary of the property, so access is via the house next door. The house next door is about 1.5m from the wall. There is a fence between the two walls (about 6 foot high) which would need to be unscrewed in one piece for access, unless you can go over it (would then need to be screwed back in if removed).
Existing suspension clips are not level (possibly due to house movement) so would need new clips as well.
