I have a bathroom on the second floor of a house, where the shower floor has leaked on to the lower level. The photos show that the floor needs to be either replaced and resealed (like you did in an earlier job) or, re-grouted and sealed with an over-the-tiles clear sealant. I'll take your advice on it.
