Underlying problem is water ingress behind tiles in shower (shower over bath) possibly damaged plasterboard behind tiles.
Possible scope (we need professional advice / quotes to confirm).
1. Remove tiling and confirm source of water (e.g. plumber to ensure pipework OK).
2. Replace any water damaged sections of plasterboard.
