Recently purchased a house and have discovered the plumbing needs quite a bit of work to bring it up to scratch. from several washers to perhaps several tap replacements, rework of the piping to the shower, and a gdh system which did operate when we purchased but is now quite dead. there are other things as well which we would like to discuss and perhaps action such as implementing the harvesting of grey water and roof water, etc.
