Tape in wash basin in bathroom started leaking water ... washer has been replaced just 3 months ago and new good quality one (not the plastic one) installed by certified plumber .... doubt that it could be washer again but have no idea ... like to get this fixed properly once and for all ... if it requires installing brand new good quality tapes I am fine with it too ...also look for an option to have a separate knob to control water flow to this wash basin ... so we don't have turn off main water supply in case of emergency like this.
