Hi, I need a quote to complete three tasks:
1) When the toilet upstairs is flushed water fountains up from the refill mechanism, hits the underside of the button and lid, umbrellas outward down the inside of the lid and then pours out down the outside of the tank. seems like an internal seal in the flusher needs to be replaced.
2) replace a tap washer in the laundry : needs to be very tight to avoid dripping.
3) check the kitchen mixer tap (which developed a leak for a few months, but for some reason has stopped again.)
