toilet leak - the leak is coming from where the toilet bowl join into the pipe that goes out the wall. It only drips when I flush.
kitchen sink tap leak - the leak is coming from under the tap, I think it's the hose connector cos I have tried wiping the sink dry, turn the tap on and water will start dripping from where the hose connects to the tap under the sink. I also cannot get luke warm water either, it either goes hot water only or cold water only, there is nothing in between. The tap only has one control for both hot and cold water.
