Repair to chef model 4-burner gas stove/fan-forced oven (model 655).
gas flow to the oven is not regular and is not always igniting/staying ignited, resulting in oven not heating up propoerly and a lot of cold dinners.
i suspect it is the thermostat, but i'm no expert...
