The work was not satisfactory. Spout is still holding water. There was no clear options given. There were mud and plants growing in the spout which he did not brought it to my attention. So we could get it fixed. Only after finishing the job I He has to visit multiple times and still not completely fixed. He never mentioned other parts of the spouting needs to be replaced.Left the extra piece of spouting in back yard which we don't needed and charged more than what he quoted.
