Rinnai infinity (gas). hot water is working except in an external shower. the shower goes cold mid shower. on the control panel it shows that the hot water light goes off when the shower goes cold. it seems as though the system thinks that the hot water tap has been turned off so it turns off the heating in the unit. after about 1 to 2 minutes it turns back on.
