Repair / replacement of rusted downpipe

Just a small job. We have a downpipe which has a rust hole in it. We either want the hole repaired (not sure if this is possible) or the downpipe replaced. This downpipe joins into another so the other may need to be replaced also.
The hole is currently gushing water onto to the deck so will need this replaced within the next week.
