Repair / Replace my Hot Water System

There is a slow leak at the top of our 15 year old dux electrichot water system where the nut is under the rubber grommet.
Everything else works fine.
Can you advise whether you have seen the issue before and if it can be fixed - perhaps re sealing / replacing the nut?
Can you quote on replacing the system if you think it is beyond repair. It is down the side of our house on ground level.
