Rinnai floor mounted solar hot water tank Model SPH-315B-3.6 . Under the pressure release valve there is like a metal nozzle, it leaks from here. Fast dribble at first, but after releasing water it is a slow drip. When water is released, hot water comes out from the pipe as normal but now also from the 'nozzle' as well.
