1. Fixing a slow leak from a laundry sink mixer. Mixer was installed 10+ yrs ago and not sure of model but looks a lot like the Estilo WELS from Bunnings.
2. diagnosing/fixing slow drainage from bathroom sink & bathtub - has been gradually getting worse and simple clean of accessible pipes has had little effect.
