Leaking shower which caused water damaged floor board. Not sure if the cause is from the pipes or tiles. Please see attached photo for details.
Might need a plumber to pressure test the pipes for leaks.
Or might need to remove tiles and put new sheeting and waterproofing down.
Needs to be able to provide a written guarantee of workmanship and a warranty.
