The building in question is a two storey stand alone townhouse unit. the north eastern gutter downpipe (and supporting bracket) needs to be repaired at the top gutter connection. also the 2nd storey northern bathroom external downpipe (and supporting bracket) has been damaged and needs a section replaced.
