Repair concealed cisterns

Jenni requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Mosman via BUILD

We have 2 x toilets with older model Friatec (F100) concealed cisterns.
Both cisterns still work fine.
But - the push plate (Art 331021) on one is completely broken, and the push plate on the other is getting tired.
Ideally I'd just like 2 x new push plates to sit on top of the cistern mechanism.

However I will consider replacing the units if it can be done easily and affordably.

Argent Australia in Brisbane is the distributor for Friatec, but the units are prohibitively expensive, as we only want the push plates
<Geoff.Dickerson@argentaust.com.au> has been contacted previously (in january)

Apparently new model F102, Item#330721 or #330801 are options.... but price is outrageous just for new push plates.

Whilst i am requesting a plumber to assist, maybe a handyman could rig something up?
