We have a corner spa bath that leaks. we have no idea from where but we're not really 'spa' type of people, so we really just need either the spa fixed or if its not going to be uber expensive, replace the corner spa with a normal bath. the shower is in the bath, so we'd need a screen etc.
eventually we are going to bullodoze the house and replace it, so it does not have to wonderfully good looking, just functional.
