Renovating laundry to add toilet

we want to have a p trap toilet installed (we will supply)in our laundry (outside plumbing done already). To do this the current basin needs to go and a new one installed in a L shape bench and cupboards (that we need priced also), which will need the concrete cut to add the grey pipe. The existing piping will need to be moved down the wall to the location of the basin.
