need to swap the locations of the shower and hand basin and have the pipes roughed in to match the new locations for each.
need a hole to be cut in a concrete slab for the new shower waste and the new shower waste to be connected to old basin waste. a shower base will need to be fitted and recessed into the studs and connected to the new waste.
the new basin waste will be connected to the old shower waste.
need the old toilet to be disconnected and a new one fitted.
