2) Convert existing laundry into bathroom (ie plumbing & fitting WC,vanity & shower)
3)Replace old WC & vanity in old bathroom.
4) A new gas connection may have to be added to the kitchen as existing cooktop is electric.
We settle on the property on 8 Aug 2008.
We will begin work immediately after that date.
However we can take people in to measure and quote prior to that date after arranging a time with the estate agent.
