Hi,
We have had a tempering valve installed in the roof for our bathroom in order to prevent my disabled brother from scalding himself in the shower, but it has never really worked. The water is barely luke warm. We have had it checked, and was told that the little mesh filter blocks up, and we were told how to fix it ourselves.
Without the water being warm enough, my brother can't have a shower.
We want a plumber to remove the tempering valve, and reconnect the pipes to their original setup.
Being so close to Christmas, we're not sure if we can afford it until after Christmas, so we would like a quote, and if we can, then we may be able to afford it, it just depends on how much it will be.
Either way, we will get the job done.
