I needs:
1. adjusted guttering, and newly downpipes for better flows of storm water
2. concrete cutting and trench digging for new storms water and sewage lines, that bypass existing pipes
3. minor adjustment to gas piping
4. connection of existing sewage and storm water to new piping in new trench
5. connection of new piping to existing sewage line and ne wstorm water pit
6. backfilling on trench amd any make goos works
