The current pvc kitchen sink line runs down under the house into a terracotta pot then out under a concrete slab. Somewhere under the concrete slab is a crack in the terracotta pipe causing the sink water to leak back underneath the house. It appears the easiest way to fix the problem is to re-route the existing pvc line for approx. 4 meters along the inside wall underneath the house and out to the bathroom gully approx. 2 meters from the outside wall. The outside line (2 meters) needs to be set below a concrete slab.
