The water from our roof guttering is currently bypassing the normal exit into the stormwater drain and into the street water table due to a makeshift pipe that was installed by the previous owners that exits the water onto the front lawn. This is resulting in the water pooling near the house foundations and creating instability and major house cracking. We need to get the roof stormwater properly plumbed in to the street water table.
In addition to getting the above fixed, we would like to look at installing a rain water tank at the side of our house to collect water from the roof, with any excess being directed into the properly plumbed pipes to street water table.
