Re-conditioned gas space heater to be fitted & existing heater removed&kept

We recently had a re-conditioned Rinnai Space Heater (2001 inbuilt model type) in our rental property however the installer failed to install it correctly & possibly damaged the heater in the process. The Company that supplied the heater have kindly provided us with another reconditioned inbuilt space heater under Warranty (Vulcan this time, which they advise will fit in the same opening). The replacement heater has recently been reconditioned (including new stainless steel heat exchanger, new candles, etc). So we need the existing heater removed & the replacement heater to be installed, connected, tested & commissioned. The existing heater needs to be kept as we need it to be returned to the Suppliers Store (we can do this). The job may require Plumber to provide some fittings and a small section of copper pipe. We require both Certificate of Plumbing Compliance and a Certificate of Electrical Compliance to cover the installation portions of the work at the conclusion of the job.
