I am looking to purchase a 1960's flat. When running the hot water taps, red water comes out - some taps run clear after a short time, others never run clear.
Flat is on 3rd floor of block. Pipes are on outside of bldg.
Need to know if it is a small job to fix, or requires extensive work.
Outcome will help me decide whether to buy propert or not.
