Putting a separate branch into my toilet outflow.

I am looking into the possibility of installing another toilet in the future. I am thinking that it would be a good idea of branching the outflow of the toilet which comes out of the back wall of the house into another pipe so that it will make the future installation easier. Is this a possible job?
