Made Appointment did not show up or call. I called watersave and they advised they would call later that day to set up time for quote. Watersave did not call back , found card on front door. Recommend Watersave gets appointment book and an administration person. Response By Watersave: Yes we missed the allotted appointment time with the customer. However did rebook with the customer when he called for 5:30 to 6pm that night. In which we waited onsite for his attendance. Waited till after 6pm then left card to say we had called out of courtesy Rating modified by SC Administrator: Based on comments feedback rating has be modified from 1 to 3 out of 5
