1. Rear courtyard - clean gas burners and re-ignite external BOSCH instantaneous hot water system.
2. Bathroom downstairs – Fasten & secure existing hot & cold water pipes under bath to floor joist which are resting on ground soil. Remove & replace 1.2 metre (4ft) old cracked vitrified ceramic clay sewer pipe under bath & connect new dwr pvc sewer pipe to remainder of existing dvw pvc sewer system - part floor now removed in bathroom. 400mm space under floor joists.
3. En-suite Upstairs - repair nail hole in copper hot water pipe (no tiles or sheeting on walls yet).
4. Rear courtyard - raise & reposition all unsecured external copper pipes below existing instantaneous hot water system [cold water, hot water and gas pipe] and secure to existing brick courtyard wall to enable concrete foundation pour for new garden below BOSCH hot water area.
5. En–suite Upstairs - alter & reposition existing mini cistern stop position, (copper pipe), and then install new dual flush toilet (no sheeting on walls or floors, waste sewer pipe already in position).
