Plumbing work - Sewer diversion around break/blockage caused by tree

Sewer Diversion:
Excavate to expose sewer line (around 70cm down) - break has already been located
Dig trench along exposed sewer line approx 2.5 meters in length for diversion
Install new surcharge gully and connect to pool back wash outlet
Run new 100mm pvc sewer to bypass break/blockage in line
Install new inspection opening & bring riser to ground level & install screwed access cap
Back fill around new pipe with blue metal & soil
There is a pool heater nearby which will need to be moved (i.e. the PVC pipes connecting it cut & then restored on completion of job)
