Plumbing work for a bathroom renovation

We are in the process of renovating and need some plumbing work done in the bathroom, most likely in June, but sooner if possible. I would like a quote or reasonable estimate of time, not just an hourly rate. I can meet someone at the property should this be necessary on Thursday afternoon or Friday this week to allow for a quote to be given.
The work includes:
- Preparing the existing plumbing fittings for bath, separate shower, basin and washing machine to allow for new layout
- Replacement of existing toilet
- Fitting out of bathroom fittings once it is ready for this to occur
- If possible, waterproofing of floor (or working with a waterproof trade to achieve this)
