This should be a pretty straight forward job.
This job is to install plumbing into a new shed that we are building which is about 8 metres away from the house.
Water is to be run from the house to the new shed.
Installation of a washroom with toilet, shower and basin. (We will fit off and we will supply the taps, shower, toilet and basin.)
Installation of a kitchenette with sink. (We will fit off and we will supply the taps and sink. )
Installation of a small electric hot water system (We will supply the hot water system.)
To make it easier, installation can be done at any stage preferable to you. Thus you will have easy access before wall sheeting is installed, etc.
Town Sewerage/Drainage pipes are about 2 metres from the new shed and these can be connected to. (We have full plumbing and drainage plans for the property.)
