\"Very ordinary experience. I wouldn’t be going back to these guys for anything! They were the cheapest quote though. When I questioned the quality of work, the fact that they were the cheapest quote was pointed out. Cheap sometimes does mean bad! \n\nI asked for a certificate of compliance and the plumber said it had been provided to Parks Victoria who was paying the bill. When i chased with Parks Victoria, they confirmed that this had not been provided. (A Certificate of Compliance has been confirmed as supplied – Service Central) This is because the work was not compliant with standards, the inlet to the grease trap was leaking into the garden and the grease trap was not sealed as per standards requirement. \n\nUnfortunately Parks Victoria paid the invoice before confirming with me that the job was done to satisfaction or before viewing the work. I would recommend to never hire this guy! If you want your drain cleaned or washer replaced, he is probably ok. But if you have a serious plumbing job, stay away from Esteem Plumbing. In this case, cheap means very, very bad! \"\n
