We are raising and building underneath house. I need a plumber that will provide a fixed price quotatation (if possible) for the installation of these services. 2 new batrooms will be installed downstairs, along with a laundry.
The quotation should include:
- Fitoff of both bathrooms downstairs (we will provide all fixtures, but not plumbing materials)
- All materials for job, and rough in of pipes before slab is poured.
- Pipe work for kitchen downstairs, not require to be actually fitted of at this stage
- connection of stormwater and sewerage to house (pipe holes to be dug by myself to your specifications)
- Connection of existing facilities upstairs (1 kitchen, 2 bathrooms)
This job will start in approximately 6-7 weeks.
Attached are a copy of the plans if required.
