Looking for a plumber for a bathroom renovation.
Room has been stripped back to the concrete base and Stud work wall and we will be ready for the currently ready for the first plumbing Rough-in as soon as the toilet and shower fittings have been ordered.
We will then engage same plumber for the Final plumbing fix, Vanity and toilet installation plus tap and fitting installs.
Attached is a sketch of the new layout v the layout as it was just prior to strip out. There are also a couple of photos taken during strip out (bathtub, ceiling and all plasterboard is gone)
There is easy access to sewer and water from under the slab.
Room is 2650mm X 1820mm
