We are renovating the family bathroom. A bath needs to be installed where the 'laundry' sink is. The hot water service needs to be replaced and moved outside (possibly replaced with a continuous unit). A vanity needs to be installed where the hot water tank is. The toilet needs to be replaced with a new one in the same location. The hot water service is gas. The floor is a concrete slab. The roof is flat (if it matters). Possibly, I'll get a new run of water from the front of the house to avoid the gal pipes inside the slab.

Overall the job was okay, but going with an hourly rate didn't go too well. I didn't realise that the hourly rate quote did not include GST , so the bill was a higher than expected. Also, they seemed to take a bit longer on some items than I'd expect.

Vic was very professional to deal with and took the time to explain how the job would be done. In the end I went with another provider as I felt they were a better fit for how I wanted to do things.
