I'm looking out for a plumber to perform the following non emergency work at my house in Tarneit.
1. Portion of the backyard near a drain has been constantly sinking. Need a drain camera assessment to identify if there is some issue with the drains surrounding the area that are connecting it to the sewer. Also, if there is something identified, require proposals on next steps and of possible perform those.
2. A down pipe near the front of the house is currently disconnected causing water to be discharged close to the foundation. Need it reconnected.
I'm expecting that you will have a drain camera and any other diagnostic equipment for use. Please let me know your charges that I should be aware of.
Also, would be good if you can let me know if there are any different rates in case the work is to be performed on a Saturday.
