We are a strata lot of single level Villas. Require the services of a plumber to unblock stormwater drains in the complex and some individual lots due to cocus palm tree roots entering the drainage system. We are currently looking for quotes from numerous companies.
Trees have now been removed and we are looking to employ the services of a plumbing company asap.
Some concreted areas on the common property have cracked and we may be looking to re-pipe the complex with PVC piping-complex being over 30 yrs old.
