Old style plastic cistern needs replacing. It is attached to a "L" pipe from the cistern to the toilet approx 28cm in length. There is also currently a leak in the large pipe leading from the outlet to the toilet which needs new washer. The toilet is old and the outflow pipe sits 8cm from the wall - it then l-shape bends into the toilet along about 23cm. To summarize - new cistern plus mending leak in large 10-11cm pipe.
