I have ridiculously low water pressure in the shower and the cold tap is leaking quite significantly. I suspect the whole setup behind the tiles will need to be replaced (through the wall on the other side) including a new bath/shower diverter / mixer and shower head. I had bought new taps, but it appears that the connections are not of a standard size and my cousin (who has done all my plumbing to this stage) is at a loss.
