I require a small ensuite bathroom plumbed. No shower just a toilet and basin so 3 water points and 2 waste connections. All floor boards have been removed in the area to access the existing pipework which is on the other side of the wall adjacent to the new bathroom with a main waste junction. The ensuite is replacing an existing bathroom just in another room.
I also require the hot and cold water pipes and main waste to be run into another room but left sealed with end caps under the floor for later use in installing a main bathroom.
