Hi,
Recently we are having trouble with hot water taps mainly in showers & baths. It is very difficult to get the right temperature. Opening the cold water tap makes the whole thing to go cold quickly. If we close the cold tap then it becomes too hot!
Also, water flow on one of the bath has suddenly reduced. It takes 30 mins to fill a bath. Again, only one tap (hot or cold) works at a time.
It is about 4 years old house. I’m not sure where the problem is. So I like to start with changing the washers of all taps and give a bit of cleaning.
So I’m looking for a plumber to clean and replace washers for at least 14 taps.
