David requested 3 quotes from Plumbers in Lilydale
Plumber required for small new house in Marysville which has been built identically to a house which was under construction and lost in the black saturday fires.
The following is required:
1. Rough in hot and cold water plus waste to kitchen, bathroom and ensuite (Total of 2 toilets, two basins, 1 seperate shower, 1 shower over spa, 1 kitchen sink and 1 laundry trough) There is no gas work required.
2. Connect hotwater service (electric)
3. Supply and instal 6 downpipes and connect to existing storm water (all pipes to merge centrally under house and then connect to original storm water which is at the edge of the house so no excavation required.)
Connect to existing sewer whereby pipe is at the edge of house and make final connection to sewer point. (Again pipe is already in the ground and survived the fire and only needs to be connected.)
4. Supply 1 outside tap
Job is ready to commence now.

1. you drive a hotted up v8 ute and don't understand the problem
2.you don't understand what turning up on time means. No exceptions whatsoever!!
3 You routinely need to return to jobs armed with silicone to fix mistakes.
