We need a plumber for our new BBQ line, charge system to water tank, install some downpipes and guttering at the extension. See below detailed scope of works
Scope of works:
1. Gas works
• Install a continuous flow hot water system (Rinnai 26), owner will supply hot water system.
• Install a larger gas line from the meter to pass to the new Rinnai
• Install a new gas line to the back of the house for a BBQ connection (near the shed) with a valve
2. Water tank / water supply
• Install a water tank and a pump, it will be configured in a way so it connects to two toilet mains. Owner will supply tank and pump.
• Move existing back yard tap to newly installed water pump.
• Re instate front yard tap (tap only).
• Install cold / hot water thermal switching valve to divert cold water from the tap to the watertank (2 switches)
• install piping of cold water from the tap to the watertank (3 points).

3. Downpipes / storm water / guttering
• Install 3 downpipes and run them into a tank (as apart of the charge system)
• Install 2 gutters
4. Optional extras:
• Hook the bath into the sewer pipe
• Have a look at our central heating system (gas) to identify the problem. Our central gas heating Brivis has a fault – it blows out non-heated air. =
5. Sign off
• Supply a certificate of compliance of all works once, completed.
You can start work within 1-2 days of the quote approval
