i am doing a renovation in the house :
moving the laundry, expanding the bathroom and moving the dishwasher.
the house is on a sub-floor. we are removing the existing floor so you can access for plumbing work . the house still have tenant until the 24th of may and i am start doing the bathroom straight away after.
the work will be:
- the old laundry area will be the extension of the bathroom where the NEW bathtub and shower over bath will be.
-removing the pipes from the old shower from the wall as the bathroom will be extended.
-moving the sink and dishwasher from the L shape kitchen into a galley style. so the sink and the dishwasher will be next to the stove
- need a new plumbing for the kitchen island where the NEW FRONT LOADING washing machine will be
